Depending on the number and length of the oil pipes, water pipes, electric wires and cables installed inside the energy chains, it indicates the length and weight of the energy chains. Different models and materials of energy chains have different unsupported length limits. What should be done if the required length of the energy chain exceeds this unsupported length limit?
1. Guide grooves can be used according to the situation.
The guide groove consists of five parts: side guide walls of standard length, angle steel for connecting the guide groove, mounting bolts, bottom groove and sliding devices. Among them, the sliding devices can be divided into several types: nylon wheels, steel sliding plates and plastic sliding plates. Accordingly, the guide groove can be divided into three types correspondingly.
(1)Guide grooves with nylon wheels can be used.
(2)Guide grooves with steel sliding plates can be used.
(3)Guide grooves with plastic sliding plates can be used.
2. Support wheels can be added according to the environmental situation.
(1)lf the support wheels can be fixed on the equipment, support wheels without support frames can be directly used, and the chain frame runs back and forth on the support wheels.
(2)lf the support wheels cannot be fixed on the equipment, support wheels with support frames can be used. The support wheels are fixed on the support frames, and the chain frame runs back and forth on the support frames.
