2.Selection of three types of support plates for steel - made energy chains:
（1）Steel energy chain with l-shaped support plate, that is, the steel energy chain with integral aluminum profile support plate. Rectangular holes or circular holes are drilled on the support plate according to the user's usage requirements. This type of steel energy chain has relatively high strength and is suitable for occasions with heavy loads.
（2）Steel energy chain with type ll support plate, that is, the threading energy chain with the support plate in an upper and lower separated design. lt is applicable to occasions where the diameter of the pipeline joints is larger than the maximum diameter of the cables and where frequent disassembly and assembly are required.
（3）Steel energy chain with type lll support plate, that is, the framed steel threading energy chain, which has plastic or aluminum profile spacers inside. lt is suitable for occasions where there are many types and specifications of pipelines.
3.Calculation method for the bending radius of steel chains: The installation height of the chain minus one chain height and then divided by two is the bending radius of this chain. Calculation method for length: The distance of the chain plus two bending radii.
4.ldentification method for the models of steel chains: TL or TLG + pitch + shape of thesupport plate + bending radius + width of the support plate x length of the chain. For example, for a TL95 steel chain with a type lll support plate, a bending radius of 250 millimeters, a support plate width of 300 millimeters and a total length of 12,000 millimeters, it is represented as:TL95lll-250x300x12000.
