In recent years, we have been continuously providing technical training to new cooperative customers. A few years ago, we received a customer call saying that the cable of the energy chain broke during operation, causing the machine to stop working. We took the customer's complaint very seriously. We inquired in detail about the selection of the energy chain, the quality of the cable, and the installation method.
Customers whose machines stop working are suffering huge losses.We arranged technical personnel to go to the site for investigation at the first time, and the results were as we expected. The selection of the chain was correct, and there was no problem with the quality of the cable. The main problem was that when the workers installed the cables inside the tow chain, the method was incorrect, causing the cables to be severely intertwined with each other, and the cables were not effectively fixed at both ends of the chain, resulting in the displacement of the cables during the movement of the chains.
It's not a dreadful thing when a malfunction occurs. What's dreadful is that malfunctions happen repeatedly. Since then, we have proposed that as long as our customers are willing, we will provide free technical training on Energy Chain applications for their technicians and workers. We will learn and grow together and do our utmost to help customers avoid risks and improve efficiency.
At first, the customer thought that the malfunction was caused by our chains, so they were somewhat dissatisfied. Later, because we helped them find out the cause of the malfunction and solve the problem, they became very happy. They recognized our dedicated service and were even more impressed by our active attitude towards problem-solving. The way we handled urgent matters left a deep impression on the customer. For many years, they have always regarded us as a highly trusted partner.
Surprisingly, this complaint has enabled us to earn a good reputation in terms of professionalism when facing crises and has also deepened the customer's trust in us.
